I look forward to going to the gym to release, refresh and renew, because my fitness routine is an integral part of my self-care. As a busy professional who enjoys working out, one of the most common questions I get from friends and family alike is, "How do you find time to go to the gym?" or "How do you fit gym time into your busy schedule?'
I have made so much progress since starting my fitness journey that it's difficult for me to even think about turning back now. In sum, I fit the gym in my schedule by: going in the mornings; working out three times a week; and focusing on compound exercises.

ReplyDeleteI'm all about multitasking and getting the best bang for my buck with exercises that work multiple muscles at a time. Or, putting little man in his stroller and taking him for a walk is beneficial to us both.

The cost of a fitness program is generally not a problem because many employers provide free gym or fitness center memberships to their employees in order to reduce health insurance expenses and time lost on account of illnesses and injuries.
